The process of registering at OnlineTemple is really simple. Just click on the “SIGNUP” tab on our homepage and provide a few basic details. Your account will be activated as soon as you click on the confirmation link sent to your email ID.

2. Why do you need my email ID?

We will need your email ID to send you all the important information like your order status, password reset links, promotional offers etc., relevant to your account.

3. Why do you need my address?

Your address will be saved in your account and we will use it to deliver your orders unless specified otherwise. We may also use your address to intimate you of any product related promotional offers matching your needs, newsletter etc.

4. Is it necessary to provide my contact number?

Your contact number will help us provide you better service by keeping you updated on your order status. Your mobile will also receive interesting updates about our latest offerings instantly.

5. Where can I view my account?

6. I forgot my password. Can you help?

Have a look at the list of available temples on our homepage. Click on the temple/s of your choice from the list provided, and follow the simple instructions on the page to order Prasad.

3. Can I make multiple purchases?

Yes, you can make multiple purchases from multiple temples at once. You can make multiple purchases for various addresses too.

4. Can I send Prasad to someone else?

Yes, you can send Prasad to anyone in India. Just make sure to enter the recipient's complete and correct address at the time of checkout.

5. Do you support international delivery? Can I send Prasad to someone outside India?

Currently, we do not support international delivery. Very soon, we will cater to our international customers too.

6. Is there an upper limit on the order I can place for Prasad?

There is no upper limit on the order/s you place. We accept bulk orders too.

7. Do you gift-wrap the order?

We take pride in packing the Prasad well. We enclose the Prasad in beautiful tin boxes. This means you can gift yourself or your loved ones Prasad that comes in our well-packed and beautiful tin boxes.

8. Is my Prasad hygienic? How do you ensure the quality of Prasad?

We take utmost care in maintaining the quality and hygiene of the Prasad from the time of procurement to the time it reaches you. However, we do not take any liability for the source from where the Prasad is procured.

9. Why are only a few temples listed for Prasad and Aashirwad? Will you be adding more temples to this list?When will you add more temples?

You can see your order under “My Account” once you log into your OnlineTemple account.

2. How can I track my order?

Simply enter your tracking number in the “Track Order” option on homepage of courier service provider's website.

3. I did not receive my order. How can you assist?

We regret the inconvenience. Please get in touch with our customer support along with the order details and we will assist you.

4. What is the estimated delivery time once I place the order?

We will try our best to deliver your order at the earliest possible. However, based on the accessibility of your location, the availability of Prasad from the temple, it might take some time. Typically, it takes an approximate of 7 to 10 working days for you to receive the order from the date of placing the order.
